"My old agency was OK, but very slow to respond to emails and goofed on a policy change that was never made which could have left me exposed. They had some owner changes over the years and the service levels deteriorated, etc. etc. It was whatever, I didn't really deal with them except once a year when we renewed the policies. However, after Progressive sent me a letter saying they were no longer working with that agency, I decided to shop around. My friend kept saying I should switch to State Farm for better coverage, so I emailed this agency for a quote. I got a response right away and a couple hours later I've switched all my insurance over to State Farm, and I'm even saving some money. What's more is I feel like I have an actual agent now vs. a call center with random people who don't know me or my needs. I recommend you call or email the Toews Family Agency and ask for Rilee. She provided a thorough quote and increased some of my coverage for about the same cost or less, and saved me a lot on my auto policy with better coverage."
